I certainly fall in to the 'oppose' credit card camp. In my opinion if you work hard and save harder to 'boot strap' and start your business from earnt money you are more careful with your money and organically grow your business. Having a small amount of money for startup also teaches you a great number of things and means you are more creative, instead of paying for a website you do it yourself, instead of paying for advertising you contact the local paper/radio and get some positive PR. An over relience on credit and rushing into getting the quick money is why so many businesses fail so early on- organic growth in my opinion is the way forward.
